This writ petition is directed against order dated 12 May 2026 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1, whereby MA 365/2026, filed by the petitioners in OA 106/2026, which was instituted by Respondents 5 to 15, has been rejected. 2. Mr. M.K. Bhardwaj, learned Counsel appearing for Respondents 5 to 15 submits on instructions that he has no objection to the impugned order, to the extent it rejects the petitioners’ prayer for impleadment in the OA being set aside and the petitioners being impleaded as additional party respondents in the said OA. 3. Accordingly, by consent of learned Counsel, we set aside the impugned order dated 12 May 2026 to the extent it rejects MA 365/2026. The applicants in the said MA, who was the petitioners before us, would be impleaded in the OA as additional party respondents. Respondents 5 to 15, as the applicants in the OA, would file an amended memo of parties within a period of one week. 4. Mr. Bhardwaj undertakes to provide a complete copy of the OA with Annexures to Mr. Vaibhav Kalra, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 5. We are told that the OA is listed before the Tribunal on 8 October 2026. 6. Accordingly, the newly impleaded respondents before the Tribunal would also be at liberty to appear before the Tribunal on the said date. 7. This writ petition is disposed of. 8. Mr. Behera, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions submits that he would make all every endeavour to ensure that the counter affidavit to the OA shall be filed within two weeks in which event Respondents 5 to 15 as the applicant would be at liberty to file rejoinder thereto before the next date of hearing.
