1. Mr. Sowmya China, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has drawn our attention to para 5 of order dated 2 November 2022 passed by this Court in WP (C) 15148/2022 which reads thus:

“5. 	Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Tribunal is requested to dispose of the OA of the petitioner on the next date of hearing before the Tribunal i.e. 22.11.2022 or as soon thereafter as may be possible. In case, it is not possible for the Tribunal to finally dispose of the petition, the Tribunal shall consider the interim application filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon.”

2. Mr. China submits that, despite nearly four years having been passed since then, neither the petitioner’s OA nor his application for interim relief has been decided. 

3. We are informed that the matter is next listed before the Tribunal on 5 October 2026.

4. We request the Tribunal to ensure that, on the next date of hearing, the directions contained in para 5 of order dated 2 November 2022 are positively complied with. 

5. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
