1. Mr. Shashank Dixit, learned CGSC for the petitioner on instructions submits that he intends to move an application before the Central Administrative Tribunal seeking review of order dated 22 April 2026 and, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to re-approach the Court in case he continues to remain aggrieved by the decision in the review petition.  

2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. 

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the proposed review petition or on its merit.
