JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR O R D E R (ORAL) % 15.09.2026 C. HARI SHANKAR, J. 1. This writ petition only seeks expediting of the hearing of OA 3400/2025 by the Central Administrative Tribunal1. 2. It is pointed out in the petition that the petitioner is 90 years of age. 3. In that view of the matter, we request the Tribunal to take up the OA itself for final disposal on 23 November 2026. For this purpose, the respondents would ensure that counter affidavits be positively filed within four weeks and the petitioner would file rejoinder thereto before the Tribunal within four weeks thereof. 4. Neither side would be entitled to seek any adjournment on the next date of hearing. 5. Given the age of the petitioner, we request the Tribunal to hear the matter finally on the next date and thereafter decide the OA as expeditiously as possible thereafter. 6. To facilitate matters, we also direct learned Counsel to place on record short notes of their respective submissions before the Tribunal, not exceeding four pages each, after exchanging copies with other learned Counsel, at least a week in advance of the next date of hearing. 7.
