1. On 06.08.2026, the following order was passed:

“1. On the last date of hearing, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has sought time for filing Vakalatnama, however, it is not filed yet. 
2.	As a last opportunity, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file his Vakalatnama, failing which this petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.”

2. However, despite repeated opportunities, neither has the Vakalatnama been filed nor has anyone appeared on behalf of the Petitioner today, despite the matter being called out twice.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.

4. Needless to state that the Petitioner is at liberty to file an application for restoration within three months from today.
