1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again as and when situation arise after depositing adequate stamp duty as per the Indian Stamp Act, 18991 and in line with the judgement passed by this Court in M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v. Airports Authority of India2.
