At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again after making stamp duty good as per Indian Stamp Act, 1899 as applicable in NCT of Delhi and in line with the judgement passed by this Court in M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v.
