The present petitions have been filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 seeking termination of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrators. 1 “Act” hereinafter 2 O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 121/2022 2. A perusal of the pleadings indicates that the amount under dispute is less than Rs. 2 Crores in each petition. 3. As per National Highways Authority of India v. Third Rock Consultants Pvt. Ltd.2, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the present petition as the value of the dispute is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court. 4. At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file before the appropriate forum. 5.
