1. The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.  


 
2. Vide order dated 16.10.2023, this Court appointed Mr. Justice S. Muralidhar (Retd.) as the learned Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.  


 
3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection against the extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.  


 
4. Having regard to the stage of the arbitral proceedings and the 


facts and circumstances of the present case, the present petition is allowed.  


 
5. The mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year with effect from 06.09.2026.  


 
6. The intervening period till today shall also stands regularised.  


 
7. The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
