1. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that they have already moved Section 11 Petition under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 vide ARB.P. 1526/2026 for constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal in accordance with the arbitration agreement between the parties.

2. Till such time, the Arbitral Tribunal is constituted, the interim arrangement presently operating shall continue until the Arbitral Tribunal considers the matter and passes appropriate orders.  


 
3. Upon constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, the present Petition 


shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act and shall be placed before the learned Arbitral Tribunal for consideration in accordance with law.  


 
4. The interim arrangement directed by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2026, shall continue until the learned Arbitral Tribunal considers the matter and passes appropriate orders thereon.  


 
5. It shall be open to the learned Arbitral Tribunal, upon consideration of the matter on merits, to continue, modify, verify or vacant the aforesaid interim arrangement. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open and nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expressed opinion on the merits of the disputes.  


 
6. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
