4. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again as and when situation arises and after curing the stamp duty as per Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable in NCT of Delhi.  


 
5. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.
