1. It appears that the arbitral award sought to be enforced does not bear adequate stamp duty.  


 
2. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again as and when the situation arises, after depositing the requisite stamp duty in accordance with the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable in NCT of Delhi.  


 
3. Leave and liberty, as aforesaid, is granted.  


 
4. Accordingly, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
