1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as he submits that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the Settlement Agreement dated 08.09.2026.  


 
2. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  


 
3. Needless to say, both the parties shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
