1. Both the parties are ad idem that the matters can be remanded to the learned Arbitrator to adjudicate the proceedings under Section 34(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 on the ground

that certain claims have been decided without adequate or no reasoning.  


 
2. In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes, in accordance with Section 34(4) of the Act.  


 
3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 


 
4. Let the arbitral record be sent back to the Arbitrator.
