1. It is apparent from the record that stamp duty on the arbitral award sought to be enforced was paid on 02.09.2026, which is undoubtedly beyond one month from the date of the execution of the arbitral award sought to be enforced.  


 
2. This is not in consonance with the scheme envisaged by the Indian Stamp Act, 18991, as applicable in NCT of Delhi and in view of the judgment passed by this Court in M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v. Airports Authority of India2.

3. At this stage, learned Counsel for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it again after making stamp and penalty, if any, good in accordance with the Act.
