At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh as and when the situation arises, as the amount directed to be deposited in O.M.P. (COMM.) 142/2024, wherein stay was granted subject to such deposit, already stands deposited by the Petitioner.
