1. The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking interim protection against wilful disobedience by the Respondent of the judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed by this Court. 


 
2. The matter has been called out twice. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. 


 
3. The present application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 


 
4. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to seek restoration of the present application, if the cause still survives, within a period of three months from today.
