1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that they have not extended as well as are not extending the expired bank guarantee.  


 
2. In view of the above statement, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail any other remedy, as available in law.  


 
3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
