1. At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Arbitrator.  


 
2. Liberty, as sought, is granted. 


 
3. Further, it is needless to state that the findings given in the impugned order dated 06.03.2026 are prima facie in nature and does not amount to a final adjudication of any issue pending before the learned Arbitrator. 


 
4. The learned Arbitrator is also requested to expedite the hearing of the proceedings pending before the learned Tribunal. 


 
5. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.  


 
6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
