1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate Court, as the value of the claim is Rs.1,29,00,000/-, which is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, i.e. Rs.2 crores.

2. Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
