1. At the outset, learned Counsel for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the situation arises and after complying with the requirement of payment of stamp duty on the arbitral Award as per the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. 


 
2. Leave and liberty, as sought, is granted. 


 
3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
