1. The present petitions have been filed under Section 15 of the 


Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking substitution of the learned Sole Arbitrator. 


  
2. As per the petition, the value of the claims for adjudication before the learned Arbitrator in O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 98/2026 is Rs.3,24,310/-  and O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 99/2026 is Rs.10,96,973/-, which is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court. 


 
3. After some hearing, learned Counsel appearing for both the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file at appropriate forum. 


 
4. Leave and liberty, as aforesaid, are granted. 


 
5. The present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
