1. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the present enforcement petition with liberty to file it again as and when the situation arises, after depositing the stamp duty which is apparently not deposited on the award. 


 
2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. 


 
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
