1.	This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode.

2.	Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
3.	Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
CM(M) 613/2026 & CM APPL. 18576/2026 (for stay)
4.	The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the impugned order dated 12th March, 2026, passed by the learned Trial Court in Execution (COMM.) No. 147/2025, whereby warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner.
5.	Learned Counsel for the respondents/DH appears on advance notice and accepts notice.
6.	This Court has also perused the order dated 25th February, 2026 passed by this Court. 
7.	In this regard, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Bench where the said RFA is pending. It is further submitted that, if such liberty is granted, the petitioner shall move an appropriate application within (02) two days from today. It is also submitted that, as the liberty of the petitioner is involved, the warrant of arrest be stayed till the filing of that application.
8.	Keeping in view the submissions made by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the warrants of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed till 27th March, 2026. 
9.	Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
10.	Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
