				J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. All the three petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 202/2021 dated 24.03.2021, registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 323/328/342/376/109/506/509/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
2. Respondent No.2 is present in-person along with her counsel.
3. It is informed that as far as petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, they have already been discharged by the learned Trial Court. 
4. The quashing is, primarily, being sought for the reason that the prosecutrix has turned hostile and has not supported the prosecution case at all.
5. However, the abovesaid aspect is better left to the wisdom of the learned Trial Court to consider at appropriate stage. This Court, merely, for the reason that the prosecutrix has not supported the case of prosecution, does not find it appropriate and desirable to quash the FIR.
6. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
7. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 16.10.2026 for remaining prosecution evidence.
8. The learned Trial Court is, however, requested to expedite the disposal of the abovesaid case, particularly for the abovesaid reason that the proseuctrix has turned hostile and there is no other witness who can corroborate the charge with respect to sexual assault/rape.
9. All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 
10. A copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and due compliance.
