				J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. Petitioner herein seeks protection of her life and property as well as of her husband and other relatives.  She apprehends that her own parents would cause harm to her as she has married against their wishes.  
2. It is noticed that mother of the petitioner had also filed a Habeas Corpus Petition which came up for consideration before the learned Division Bench of this Court and pursuant to the directions given by the learned Division Bench, the girl in question (petitioner herein) had appeared, virtually, and the learned Division Bench had even interacted with her and tried to counsel her. However, she maintained that she had gone with respondent No.7 therein out of her free will and volition and wished to continue residing with him and, therefore, the abovesaid petition was disposed of, observing that being major, she was entitled to reside wherever she wished. 
3. Sh. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, in all fairness, submits that the petitioner is 22 years of age and the person with whom she has entered into marriage is in his sixties. He, however, submits that her apprehension is genuine and, therefore, the limited request is to provide protection to the petitioner herein. He submits that petitioner is presently residing within the jurisdiction of PS Saket.
4. Learned Addl. P.P. for the State appears on advance notice. 
5. During course of the arguments, learned Addl. P.P. for the State has provided mobile numbers of the concerned SHO, a Senior Lady SI and Beat Officer so that in case of any difficulty, any one of them can be immediately contacted. He also submits that Beat Officer is also being advised to visit the house, where the petitioner at the moment is residing, twice a week and would maintain record of his such visits and remarks, if any.  
6. In view of above arrangement, Sh. Yadav, at the moment, does not press for any further relief. 
7. The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 
8. A copy of this order be transmitted to SHO, PS Saket for information and due compliance. 
9. Copy of the order be given dasti under signatures of Court Master.
