Petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.2 have got married to each other on 23.01.2026 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies at Arya Samaj Mandir, Delhi. After such marriage, they have started residing at Madanpur Khadar at Sarita Vihar, South Delhi. 2. Petitioner No.1, however, apprehends some threats and intimidation from the side of her parents, who are, somehow, against their marriage. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier parents of both the sides were agreeable to the marriage in question but after the abovesaid marriage, the petitioners apprehends some threats and intimidation from the parents of petitioner No.1, who are residents of Faridabad, Haryana. 4. Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State appears on advance notice. 5. The concerned Police Official SI Satish Bhati is also present. 6. Learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State submits that petitioners have already been provided with mobile number of the concerned SHO, SI Satish Bhati as well as of the Beat Official and they are at liberty to immediately contact any one of them in case they apprehend any threat to their life and liberty. It is also undertaken that Beat Officer would keep a vigil and visit their premises, once a week. 7. His such assurance is taken on record. 8. In view of the abovesaid arrangement and assurance, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for no further relief, at the moment. 9. The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
