1.	The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 500/2022 of PS Narela for offence under Section 21/25/29 of NDPS Act.

2.	The bail application of the accused/applicant was earlier heard and dismissed on merits by way of detailed judgment dated 02.04.2026. No substantive change in circumstances has been explained to hear this bail application again. Rather, even subsequent to the detailed judgment dated 02.04.2026, another bail application was filed by the accused/applicant and that also was dismissed on the ground of no change in circumstances after 02.04.2026.

3.	Therefore, the present bail application and accompanying application are dismissed.
