J U D G M E N T    (ORAL)
1.	The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.008/2026 of Police Station Cyber Police Station Outer for offence under
Section 318(4)/3(5) BNS.

2.	At the outset, it is informed by learned counsel for accused/applicant and the IO that despite pendency of this anticipatory bail application before this bench since 17.04.2026, the subject FIR was got quashed from another bench. It appears that the bench dealing with the petition for quashing the FIR was kept in the dark about pendency of this anticipatory bail application otherwise to rule out any possibility of conflict of findings, the petition for quashing the FIR would have been listed before this bench. The previous three orders dated 17.04.2026, 10.07.2026 and 20.08.2026 reflect the serious offences and complicated factual matrix involving the alleged forgery of Dubai visa. It seems none of those facts were brought to the notice of the learned bench dealing with the quashing petition. As a matter of practice of this court, if a bail application is pending before a bench, the quashing petition also is assigned to the same bench in order to avoid any conflicting findings. It is also the vice-versa. But as mentioned above, it appears that the bench dealing with the quashing petition was not informed about the present proceedings.

3.	Since the FIR stands quashed as per both sides, the present application for anticipatory bail does not survive, so the same is dismissed.

4.	However, copy of this order, along with copies of all orders passed in this application, be sent to the learned Judge Incharge (Criminal Side), for information.
