J U D G M E N T    (ORAL)
1.	The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 435/2024 of PS Mahendra Park for offence under Section 109(1) of BNS.
2.	 The IO has not appeared, which reflects that the prosecution side is not seriously interested to oppose this bail application. 
3. 	Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he inflicted stab injury in the abdomen of the injured Chand Mohd on 30.08.2024. According to prosecution, the alleged incident of stabbing occurred instantly in a public park. 
4. 	Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that he is in custody since 31.08.2024 and that the injured was discharged from the hospital on 07.09.2024. It is further submitted by learned counsel for accused/applicant that the charge was framed on 24.02.2025, but till date, only Chand Mohd has been examined in trial, that too only partly. 
5. 	From the side of State, as mentioned above, the IO has not appeared. However, learned APP for State submits that his opposition to the bail application may be taken on record. 
6. 	Considering the overall circumstances described above, I find no reason to deprive further liberty to the accused/applicant. Therefore, the bail application is allowed and accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate.  
7.	A copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the concerned Jail Superintendent for informing the accused/applicant.
