The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 329/2017 of PS Mianwali Nagar for offence under Section 420/406/34 IPC. 2. I have heard learned counsel for accused/applicant and learned APP assisted by IO/SI Rakesh Kumar. 3. Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant is involved in an investment related fraud, for which multiple FIRs were registered against him. It is submitted by learned counsel for accused/applicant and confirmed by the IO that in Delhi, only one FIR was registered against the accused/applicant, in which he has filed the present application. It is also submitted by both sides that in the remaining cases, the accused/applicant is already on bail. 4. By way of order dated 16.04.2025 the predecessor bench directed that till next date (10.07.2025), no coercive action be taken against the accused/applicant and that interim protection continues on date to date basis till date. Today the matter has come up before me for the first time. 5. It is submitted by the IO that the accused/applicant duly joined investigation and even cooperated, so now chargesheet has been filed and he has no objection if this application is allowed. 6. Accordingly, this application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the accused/applicant shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned. 7.
