J U D G M E N T    (ORAL)


1.	Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 43/2021 of PS Prem Nagar for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners and they are living together.
2.	Learned APP for State, assisted by IO/SI Manisha, accepts notice and submits that State has no objection to this petition.
3.	Respondent no. 2, identified by the IO, also accepts notice. 
4.	Keeping in mind nature of these proceedings, I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her that now she has settled all matrimonial disputes with the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 is her husband and petitioner no.2 is her mother-in-law, while the remaining petitioners are her now married sisters-in-law. Father-in-law of respondent no.2 has already passed away. Respondent no.2 submits that for past about 02 years she is living with petitioner no.1 and their 18 year old son. She submits that now she does not wish to prosecute the petitioners since she is living happily with them.
5.	Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial.
6.	Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 43/2021 of PS Prem Nagar for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Accompanying application stands disposed of.
