J U D G M E N T    (ORAL)

1.	The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 191/2023 of PS Janakpuri for offence under Section 420 IPC.
2.	In furtherance of last order, learned APP for State on instructions of IO/SI Deepak submits that after last date, the accused/applicant joined investigation and now the IO does not want to arrest him because he has cooperated in the investigation. 
3.	Broadly speaking, by way of order dated 20.05.2026, the co-accused was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, recording a reasoned observation that the present case appears to be only a case of civil liability, though  the trial court has to take independent view once chargesheet is filed. The said co-accused is wife of the present accused/applicant. 
4.	Since prosecution has decided not to oppose this anticipatory bail application, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the accused/applicant shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned.
