	MINI PUSHKARNA, J. (ORAL):
1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 27th March, 2023, passed by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in Contempt Petition (Crl.) 01/2023, and the order dated 13th August, 2024, passed by this Court in CRL.M.C. 3429/2023.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier, a complaint had been filed by one Mr. Raj Babu Dvivedy and Mr. Vanshraj, with regard to the Other Backward Class (“OBC”) Certificate issued in favour of Ms. Devika Saini, i.e., the daughter of the petitioner.
3. However, the said OBC Certificate issued in favour of the daughter of the petitioner was found to be genuine.
4. Attention of this Court has been drawn to the order dated 27th March, 2023, passed in Contempt Petition (Crl.) 01/2023, wherein, it was noted as follows:

By referring to the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court had taken note of the fact that on account of the Status Report filed on behalf of the Assistant Sub-Inspector (“ASI”), Police Station (“PS”) Maurice Nagar, Delhi, the OBC Certificate issued in favour of Ms. Devika Saini, was found to be genuine.
6. He further draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 13th August, 2024, passed by this Court in CRL.M.C. 3429/2023, wherein, it has been held as follows:

7. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has again received a notice dated 18th June, 2026, from the Sub Divisional Magistrate (“SDM”) Patel Nagar, Government of NCT of Delhi (“GNCTD”), on the basis of a fresh complaint/representation on behalf of respondent no. 2, i.e., Mr. Vanshraj, the same person, who had filed the earlier complaint, with respect to the validity of the OBC Certificate of his daughter. 
8. The said notice, as received by the petitioner, is reproduced as under:

9. In response, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over a copy of Status Report dated 16th September, 2026, which is taken on record. 
10. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the notice dated 18th June, 2026, issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (“SDM”), Patel Nagar, GNCTD, has been withdrawn vide order dated 15th September, 2026, issued by the office of SDM, Patel Nagar, GNCTD.
11. Accordingly, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied.
