This is an application for impleadment preferred by All India Food
Processors? Association stating that they are widely interested in the
present proceedings and directions may be passed which can be prejudicial
to the interest of the applicants.
As per the amended Rules relating to the procedure to be followed
in PILs, the applicant becomes a proper party and, therefore, application
for impleadment is allowed and the Association is impleaded as

Copy of the writ petition be supplied to the newly impleaded respondent
Counter affidavit be filed by respondent no.7 within four weeks.
