Justice B A Khan
 Justice
Bashir Ahmed Khan, M.A., L.L.B. - Born in April, 1945. Enrolled
as an Advocate by the Bar Council at Delhi in September, 1971 and
shifted to Srinagar Bar in 1972. Worked as Lecturer, in Kashmir
University Law Faculty during 1972-78. Practised on both civil
and criminal sides. Appointed Additional Advocate General in September,
1986 and resigned from the post on 15.1.1990. Appointed as permanent
Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on 12.11.90. Shifted to
Madhya Pradesh High Court on 8.10.97 and headed its Indore Bench
as Administrative Judge for over two years. Appointed to Delhi High
Court on 14.01.2000.
